We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Afflyr. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy.
7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Afflyr for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
- The purchase is a first-time purchase of a new plan (Starter, Pro, or Business).
2. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Renewal payments: Automatic subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
- Plan upgrades: Upgrading from one plan to another (e.g., Starter to Pro) is not eligible for a separate refund. If you are within 7 days of your original purchase, you may request a refund of the entire purchase.
- Billing cycle changes: Switching from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) is not eligible for a refund on the previous billing cycle.
- Additional license activations: Purchasing additional site activations under an existing plan is not refundable.
3. Free Trials
If you started with a free trial:
- You will not be charged during the trial period (currently 3 days).
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period.
- The 7-day refund guarantee begins on the date of the first payment, not the trial start date.
- You may cancel your trial at any time before it ends through the Freemius customer portal at users.freemius.com.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.
- You do not need to provide a reason, but feedback is always appreciated and helps us improve.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Payments are processed by Freemius. The refund will appear on your statement as a credit from Freemius.
6. What Happens After a Refund
- Your license key will be immediately deactivated upon refund approval.
- Premium features in the Plugin will be disabled on your WordPress site.
- Any data created by the Plugin (affiliates, referrals, commissions, etc.) will remain in your WordPress database and will not be deleted. You may uninstall the Plugin at your discretion.
- You are welcome to repurchase at any time in the future.
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are two different things:
- Cancellation: Stops your subscription from renewing. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time. Cancel via users.freemius.com.
- Refund: Returns your money and immediately deactivates your license. Only available within 7 days of initial purchase.
If you want to stop paying but keep using the plugin until your current period ends, cancel. If you want your money back, request a refund.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and all associated licenses.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
